Shipping & Returns

All mattresses purchased directly through Dormeo Canada receive our Free White Glove Delivery service, including shipping, delivery and set up of your new bed. On the day your mattress arrives, our shipping partners will set up your new mattress in the room of your choice and remove and dispose of all packaging materials - free of charge. Please note this does not include removal of the old mattress.

Shipping timing will be determined by delivery location.* Once your order is ready to go, you will be contacted to schedule your delivery date and time window. Sleep on your new Dormeo® Product for a minimum of 30 nights in your own home and if you're not completely satisfied you can request a refund of the product purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Under our 100-night risk free trial, there is a limit of one refund and exchange per customer and/or order.
